Gracie Inn Hotel/Bed And Breakfast was a fantastic experience for me. The best aspects were the hotel facilities, transportation, location in a quiet residential area of the Upper East Side, and the friendly staff. The hotel had excellent facilities, including comfortable rooms and a clean environment. The convenient transportation options made it easy for me to explore this city. Additionally, the location in a quiet residential area provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any requests.

Little "rough" and "tired". State of repair could be better.

When you arrive at late time, you need a phone call. This is not convenient for some foreigners and your feeling was bad, if the weather condition is harsh.

The breakfast was acceptable.
The place is run down and for ~300 dollars a night it is a rip off.even for Manhatten. The building is old and one can hear everything. The water pipes run through the room and are noisy. The heating system is old and not really adequate for the room. The bed is on wheels and very uncomfortable. The pictures shown on the internet do not reflect the true state of the place.
